Ending Abuse | South Africa | Project #65343

Gender-Based Violence (GBV) is a pressing issue in South Africa, affecting 1 in 4 women. This pervasive problem often stems from a lack of positive male role models and understanding of true masculinity. Our Boys2Men program aims to address this by guiding 250 young males on a journey of self-discovery, challenging harmful beliefs and behaviors.

Through 10 camps over the next year, each lasting three days, we will mentor these boys, helping them understand what it means to be a real man. Our training covers essential life skills and values, encouraging them to grow into loving, responsible men and fathers. This initiative is a crucial part of our broader Life Skills Project, which has already made significant impacts over the past 21 years, including drastically reducing teenage pregnancies and increasing academic success rates.

But we can’t do it alone. We need your support to continue this vital work. By donating to our project, you are investing in a future free from GBV, where every child can grow up in a safe and nurturing environment. Join us in making a difference – one boy at a time.
