More good news is that we have joined with American Peace Corps in Thohoyandou
and some of those volunteers are already Eagle Scouts (the American equivalent to South African Springbok Scouts). read more

2012 is here and we are starting up again with another interest-ing and exciting year. Just to recap on 2011, congratulations to all those who passed year 12last year. Keeping the Dream alive in Tzaneen

Keep the Dream 196, or KTD196, is a Tzaneen-based organisation helping make youngsters' dreams come true by providing support and care, particularly for orphans, caregivers and vulnerable children.

Keep the Dream works in areas where communities are under extreme pressure from unemployment, lack of healthcare, growing poverty and high rates of HIV/Aids infections.

Keep The Dream196 (KTD196), a not-for-profit life skills project located near Tzaneen, Limpopo, is becoming known for its positive and lasting impact on orphans and vulnerable children.

Since its inception in 2007, the organisation has been assisting local children and the youth to overcome the difficult life obstacles they face on a daily basis, through building resilience physically, emotionally, spiritually and psychologically. The goal is to help them realise their full potential and contribute to the building of South Africa.
